The team from Privilege Windows were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Owain, Aaron and Ryan were very professional and answered every question i had on the new windows. They look amazing and we've already noticed a considerable difference in heat retention and noise reduction. Diolch!

Owain and his team are very professional in their work. They are very prompt and put in a full days work. Clean,tidy and very polite,i cannot recommend them highly enough. Another super job carried out in the bathroom,well worth waiting for.

Can i just add my greatful thanks for a great job from start to finish,not only from yourself and Terry,but also to the lads that completed the work of replacing both the front door and all the windows. They were careful and considerate in all aspects of their work,even down to their final clear up on the completion of their work. I'm happy to say that we've used Privilege Windows in 2 of our houses. The first house had every window and door replaced by Owain and his team back when he had first started his business in 2006. Owain then fitted a complete back patio door and glass panels to our kitchen diner and side windows off the kitchen back in 2014 in our new house and they are still as good as the day he fitted them,with no issues in the 8 years they have been in. I would highly recommend him and his team.
